Money is a very delicate subject thus making it a very powerfull word.Power in the case of the internet goes to the fact that it is one of the most frequent searches anyone might do online. Everyone wants money, and wants to know how to make it.This is being taken advantage of in a carefully thoughtof way...A website will use this fact by having that sort of content laid out. Google and any other crawler will run through it, and when users will go for a search along the lines of "money making" it will be neatly presented in front of them to go in.There are three cases from then on:
First case is that you enter a website that involves you signing up with a small ammount of 5-10$ so that you can enter and see money making solutions on how to be a billionaire just by doing a couple of clicks online. Well.. If you seriously think that you can do that, then why is that website charging fee? The answer is simple, the website is a trap for ignorant people who will pay that 5-10$ and get ripped off... by the time that website is closed, the owner might have made a good 5.000 $ + and be on with your money and you left with empty promisses.
Seccond case is that you enter a website packed with links and small bits of text on how to make money again. links pointing to other websites, pointing to other websites. Between all those links they are also hosting some ads and earn money off of there... You MIGHT get some information out of there, but you will end up reading the same things over and over again. They dont take your money but they still rely on your eagerness to find out if there is any easy way to make money for you to enter... all they care about is that ads are loaded on your browser and you also might click on them.
Third case is a website that still does use advertising within to make some possible proffit (it would be insanelly silly to let such traffic go to waste) But preserves an honest character, willing to actually provide some usefull information to visitors.
I am in favor of the third case, for the sole reason that honesty has the power to capture a visitor. Make him understand and gain some knowledge or conclusion from what he is going to read. Don't get me wrong, I like making money on the side from the ads, but at the same time I am happy I do so without feeling guilty of tricking anyone.
People reading through my blog, I would like you to leave your comments and links to your own blogs, and possibly discuss other means and ways on the topic.
